Can I return or exchange an item?
If an item does not meet your expectations or does not fit properly, you can return it within 14 days na ontvangst retourneren of ruilen, mits aan onderstaande voorwaarden wordt voldaan.
Items that cannot be returned
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Specially or custom-ordered items
- Piercings, earrings and stretchers (for hygienic reasons)
Return and exchange terms and conditions
Articles should:
- To be unused and unworn
- To be in the same condition as when received
- To be provided with original labels and tags
- To be returned in the original packaging as much as possible.
- To be free from odors (such as perfume or smoke)
If we have any doubts about whether an item has been worn, we reserve the right to have it professionally cleaned. In that case, the costs of €15 deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Before returning or exchanging an item, we ask that you first contact us via info@glamrockclothing.nl.. Do not return items without prior consultation.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us beforehand, and we'll be happy to help you find the most economical shipping option where possible.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned items. 14 days back.
If your order originally qualified for free shipping and the remaining order amount falls below the threshold due to the return, the standard shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Thresholds to free shipping:
- Nederland: €0
- België & Duitsland: €99
- Other European countries: €150
- Outside Europe: €175
Exchanges
When exchanging an item, Glamrock Clothing will cover the cost of reshipping the replacement item. The customer is responsible for returning the original item.
Incorrect or defective items
If an item is defective or was delivered incorrectly, we will reimburse all shipping costs. If you choose to cancel your order instead of exchanging it, you will also receive a full refund.
