Shipping

All listed prices include VAT in euros and exclude shipping costs. (Prices subject to change.) In the case of obvious errors, Glamrock Clothing reserves the right to charge the correct price.

We ship via PostNL or DHL. If desired, the package can be sent by registered mail; the additional costs for this are the responsibility of the customer.

Free Shipping

Within the Netherlands: free shipping for orders over €99.
Belgium & Germany: free shipping for orders over €129.
Other European countries: free shipping for orders over €150.
Outside Europe: free shipping for orders over €175.

If part of an order is returned and the remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Options

When placing an order, you can select whether the shipment should be standard, with track & trace, or registered.

If you would like your package delivered to a post office or pick-up point, please use the PostNL checkout or clearly indicate in the delivery address that it is a pick-up point/post office.

Shipping Without Track & Trace

Shipments sent as an envelope or without track & trace are at your own risk. Glamrock Clothing is not liable for damage or loss of such shipments.

Ordering

Click "Order" next to the item you want. Then select the size and, if applicable, a color or print. Finally, click "Add to Cart." After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the payment details, the items ordered, and the total amount including shipping costs.

Delivery Time

Once payment has been received, orders are shipped within 2 weeks at the latest. In practice, orders placed and paid for on working days before 16:00 are shipped the same day (if in stock).

If an item is not in stock, the delivery time is 2–4 weeks. In this case, you will receive an email with options to select an alternative item or cancel the order. If the delivery time exceeds 4 weeks, the order may also be cancelled.

Special Sizes

Larger or smaller sizes can be ordered upon request via info@glamrockclothing.nl.Delivery time and/or price may vary.

Specially Ordered Items

• These must be paid for in advance.
• These items cannot be exchanged or returned.
• If desired, we can sell the item in our store; after it has been sold, we will refund the purchase amount.

Payment

You can pay in the following ways:

• iDeal, MisterCash/Bancontact, Sofort Banking, credit card, PayPal, Klarna or iDeal in3.

For some payment methods, additional fees may apply. Payment details will be sent to you via email after placing your order.

After placing an order, items are reserved for 7 days. If payment is not received within 7 days, the item returns to stock. The order may be cancelled within 24 hours without providing a reason, unless it has already been shipped.

Exchanges and Returns

We are happy to advise you about any items via info@glamrockclothing.nl.If an item does not meet your expectations, it may be exchanged or returned (with the exception of specially ordered items and earrings/piercings).

Conditions

• The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, free of odours, and preferably in the original packaging with tags attached.
• If there is doubt as to whether an item has been worn, a €15 dry cleaning fee will be charged.
• Returns must be reported within 14 days.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Always contact us via email before returning an item.

Refunds

For full returns, the purchase amount plus the standard shipping costs charged will be refunded. For partial returns, only the purchase amount of the returned items will be refunded.

If a return causes the remaining order value to fall below €99 (NL), €129 (BE/DE), or €150 (EU/other), the standard shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Glamrock Clothing will refund the applicable amount within 14 days of receiving the return.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the shipping costs for sending the replacement item are covered by Glamrock Clothing.

Defects or Incorrect Deliveries

All shipping costs and purchase costs will be refunded. Please always contact us first for consultation and an appropriate solution.

By placing and paying for an order, you agree to our terms and conditions. In the event of force majeure, Glamrock Clothing may cancel the order. The paid amount will then be refunded within 2 weeks of the cancellation notice.

Personal data required to process an order will never be shared with third parties. No content from our website may be reproduced without our permission.
