How can I track my order?
What is the return procedure?
You can exchange or return your order within 14 days, as long as the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and the tags are still attached. Specially ordered items and earrings/piercings cannot be returned. Return costs are generally the buyer's responsibility, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect delivery, in which case we will refund the shipping costs and, if necessary, the purchase price.
